Donations to OneSynergee, a nonpartisan, tax-exempt charitable organization in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and registered as a non-profit organization in the state of Kentucky, are eligible for tax deductions in accordance with applicable laws;

We support expressing and discussing ideas and opinions and encourage people to be informed citizens and engage in their communities. OneSynergee’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization status is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding political activities, such as campaign activities and lobbying. While individuals in OneSynergee’s community, including program participants, have the right to express their political opinions and engage in political activities, they must do so only in their individual capacities and avoid even the appearance that they are speaking or acting for the organization. OneSynergee expressly disavows any partisan opinions or activities not made per these provisions: such opinions and activities are not authorized and may not be attributed to OneSynergee.
