Cardell Norris, Founder
Mr. Norris is a real estate developer, investor and veteran of 40+ years. Together with partner and wife Felicia, they invested and flipped properties in Las Vegas and Belize. While serving in the United States Army, Mr. Norris earned a bachelor's degree in sociology, which gave him a strong understanding of the social and economic challenges facing communities globally. Upon completing two tours, he became an insurance sales professional, which helped him finance his real estate investment career in Detroit. Mr. Norris followed his passion for revitalizing multi-family housing in low-income communities. He is committed to using his expertise to create a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
Felicia Norris, Vice President
Mrs. Norris is a passionate educator and driver for equity with 20+ years experience. She leverages her Ed.D., MBA, & dual Bachelors in Accounting and International Business with minors in Economics & French to empower communities through quality workforce training. Previously, she led departments in Las Vegas schools and held accounting roles for over a decade. Her diverse background and strong leadership skills make her a powerful advocate for educational justice.
Ntim Owusu-Ansah, Treasurer
A heart for impact, a head for finance. Ntim builds bridges between banking & grassroots initiatives. Driving success in every arena. As Treasurer, he balances purpose with profit by leveraging his PhD in Business & Commerce which fuels his ambition to take Synergee to the next level. Ntim's sharp mind, honed by an MBA in Finance, delivers results through analysis, credit management, and banking expertise. He's a force for good, empowering economic growth for communities we serve.
Valerie Macarthy, Compliance
V.H.D.T. Macarthy Esquiress is a dedicated and thriving Legal and Media Practitioner telling human interest stories of deprived and vulnerable population with special interest in women and girls. With over 10+ years in the media world she owns and runs a multimedia, marketing and advertising company alongside a charity foundation. She earned a bachelors in LLB with Honors and thereafter took the Bar Finals and was Called to the Sierra Leone Bar Association. Blending both media and the Law she is making good use of all the opportunities available with no compromise.

Leveraging her graduate-level education and proven proficiency in sustainable development initiatives, intercultural relations, and operational leadership, Theresa Renee brings a deep commitment to serving communities across the Global South.
W.S.J. Henderson, Director of Training
Mr. Henderson is a seasoned welder and construction professional with more than 17 years of experience in the industry. He has worked on various projects, from small residential builds to large commercial and industrial constructions. Mr. Henderson is recognized for his zeal for teaching and sharing knowledge with others. He adopts a proactive and systematic approach to instruction. Before his construction career, Mr. Henderson served in the United States Navy. His leadership qualities, diverse skill sets, and expertise make him valuable for Synergee's initiatives. He is passionate about positively impacting communities that lack adequate infrastructure. In such projects, Mr. Henderson is eager to design and implement a progressive curriculum, providing practical, hands-on learning opportunities.
Mahmud Ahmed, Dir of Volunteer Services
Mahmud Ahmed is an experienced administrative and HR professional with expertise in remote employee management and volunteer services. With a strong background in administrative support, HR policies, and employee engagement, Mahmud has successfully managed remote teams and developed effective strategies to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. He is highly skilled in handling employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
